About the Host
I’m a Mind-Body Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, and Meditation Teacher with a background in somatic trauma and attachment therapy. My work supports people in reconnecting with their bodies, releasing emotional blockages, and cultivating deeper self-awareness and compassion. Through breath, movement, and mindfulness, I guide others to return to their natural state of balance — where healing, clarity, and authentic expression can unfold. I offer 1:1 online sessions and group workshops that blend embodied practices, breathwork, visualization, and emotional awareness to help you reconnect with yourself and your inner wisdom.
