In this bold, interactive group session, Manisha Dutta — The Pattern Breaker — guides participants through a transformative process of recognising and interrupting the unconscious behavioural loops that limit performance, connection, and wellbeing.
What happens in the session:
- Opening exercise: 'The Loop Map' — participants individually identify one recurring pattern (professional or personal) using a guided reflection prompt card
- Group discussion facilitated around common corporate patterns (perfectionism, avoidance, people-pleasing, conflict suppression)
- Manisha introduces the Pattern Break Framework — a 3-step method: Spot It, Name It, Shift It
- Pairs/small group exercise: participants practise interrupting each other's stated patterns using simple coaching prompts
- Closing integration: each participant defines one micro-commitment to break a loop this week
- Optional add-on available: 1:1 follow-up coaching sessions for individuals who wish to go deeper
