Description

Most teams don't need more information... they need a reset. Breathe to Shift is a guided breathwork session designed to move teams from cognitive overload to calm, focused presence in under an hour. Drawing on her training in breathwork facilitation and over a decade of teaching embodied wellness practices, Emily leads participants through a series of accessible, science-backed breathing techniques that regulate the nervous system, sharpen attention, and create genuine stillness, without any spiritual framing or prior experience required.

The session opens with a short grounding practice to help people arrive and leave the noise of the day behind. From there, Emily guides the group through two or three breath techniques, each one building on the last, before closing with a short integration pause that allows the shift to settle. Participants leave calmer, more focused, and noticeably more present for whatever comes next. No equipment, no experience, and no lycra required. Just a chair and a few minutes of genuine attention.

Benefits

  • Reduces stress and mental fatigue in real time
  • Improves focus and team presence for what comes next
  • Accessible to all - no prior breathwork or wellness experience needed
  • Works equally well in a boardroom, breakout room, or on Zoom

About the Host

Emily's work lives at the intersection of movement, creativity, and strategy – three practices she sees as deeply connected. As a yoga instructor, breathwork guide, and brand facilitator, she brings a distinctive rhythm to her sessions: grounded enough to settle a room, energizing enough to spark real momentum. Whether she's leading a functional movement flow, a team communication workshop, or a creative ideation session, her approach is always the same: meet people where they are, and help them go somewhere better. Having worked across global teams and industries, she brings a rare blend of creative vision and logistical precision that makes her sessions as well-crafted as they are felt.
