Workshop
Description
This interactive workshop uses LEGO® bricks as a creative tool to explore and strengthen workplace communication. Participants work in small groups on short, engaging build challenges designed to highlight different aspects of communication — from giving and receiving instructions clearly, to active listening, to collaborating under time pressure. Through reflection after each activity, teams identify where miscommunication occurs, practice strategies for improvement, and gain practical insights into how to express ideas with clarity and confidence. The session is playful yet purposeful, making communication skills training accessible, memorable, and directly applicable to professional settings.
Benefits
Benefits of this Workshop:
Clearer Communication: Participants experience firsthand how unclear instructions and assumptions can impact outcomes, and learn strategies to improve clarity and precision.
Active Listening Skills: Fun, hands-on challenges reinforce the importance of listening with focus, asking clarifying questions, and confirming understanding.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Working with LEGO® encourages group problem-solving, adaptability, and cooperation under time pressure.
Confidence in Expression: By translating ideas into both spoken and visual forms, participants strengthen their ability to communicate concepts with confidence and creativity.
Memorable Learning: The playful, tactile nature of LEGO® ensures that lessons stick — making the training not just insightful, but enjoyable and energising for teams.
