A hands-on and collaborative session on personal branding in the digital age. Participants will explore the key elements of an authentic online presence and take part in a guided “peer review” of each other’s profiles in a safe and constructive way. The goal is to better understand how we present ourselves individually and how that contributes to team perception, trust and communication.
Includes:
– A short intro on why personal branding matters—even internally.
– A mini-audit of one’s own online presence.
– Guided peer feedback in pairs or small groups (with kindness!).
– Final reflection: “Does my online presence reflect my values and strengths clearly?”
