Description
When you can meet failure with openness—even humor—it shifts from obstacle to opportunity. What once stopped you becomes something you can use.
This workshop draws on the principles of clowning: the art of seeing and being seen. Through simple, experiential practices like eye contact, mirroring, and imitation, participants build trust, presence, and authentic connection.
From there, we step into guided improvisation—learning to navigate uncertainty not with control, but with curiosity. Participants strengthen their ability to respond in real time, adapt quickly, and collaborate more creatively.
The result is a more resilient, connected way of working—where individuals and teams are better equipped to face the unknown and move forward with clarity and confidence.

About the Host
As a physical theater artist, educator, and clown, with more than 10 years in the business, I've become an expert in body language, non-verbal communication, and connection. My work beyond the theater has brought me in to law schools, district wide professional development coaching, and 5-star restaurant team trainings. I teach resiliency, self-awareness, and responsiveness to help foster communities, whether in business or on stage, that are held together by a deep sense of interdependence, accountability, and authenticity.
