Workshop

Description

In this interactive collage workshop, participants will engage in a creative activity that encourages self-expression, team reflection, and collaboration. Using a variety of materials like magazines, newspapers, coloured paper, scissors, textures, photos, dried flowers, markers and glue, teams will create a visual collage that represents their team identity, shared values, and goals.
This therapeutic and relaxing activity invites participants to individually and collectively reflect on their personal and collective contributions to the team and to express these insights through imagery and design. It’s an excellent opportunity for creativity to flourish while fostering deeper connections between team members.
At the end of the session, each group will present their collage to the larger group, explaining how their visual representation aligns with the team's mission and identity.

Benefits

Fosters Creative Collaboration
The collage process requires participants to work together, sharing ideas and materials. This promotes teamwork and enhances creative thinking.
Encourages Self-Reflection & Team Exploration
As participants choose images and materials that resonate with their team’s core values, they reflect on what makes the team unique and how they contribute to the group’s success.
Strengthens Team Identity
Creating a shared visual piece helps reinforce the team's mission, goals, and values, giving participants a tangible symbol of their collective identity.
Builds Communication Skills
The process encourages open discussion, decision-making, and problem-solving as teams collaborate to create a unified representation of their team spirit.
Boosts Creativity & Engagement
Collage making is a fun, hands-on way to break away from the traditional work setting, encouraging participants to engage in a creative and playful experience that energises the team.
Reduces stress and improves mental health and well-being.
