The session begins with a short reflection on emotions and color psychology how colors influence mood and perception.
Then, under Hadeel Azmi’s guidance, attendees use acrylic or oil paints to translate emotions into color and form on canvas.
No art experience required — it’s about expression, not technique.
Each participant leaves with a completed artwork representing their own emotional journey.

About the Host
Hadeel Azmi is a Jordanian artist with Palestinian roots, working primarily in oils. Her work has been exhibited across the UAE and internationally, including Paris, Dubai, and Sharjah. She holds a BA in Chemistry, a background that sharpens her precision in composition and detail. Hadeel began her artistic journey painting old cities and horses, later developing a style that blends fine art and abstract expression. Her paintings often feature bold color harmonies, intricate textures, and symbolic. She has received recognition such as the Golden Brush Award and the UAE ’s Creativity Innovation Specialization Golden Visa. Alongside her art, she has over nine years of teaching experience as a science educator, balancing analytical thinking with creative vision.
