Description

In a fast-paced work environment, it can be difficult to connect with our body, emotions and mind. However, it is crucial for our mental health and nourishes our creativity.

In this session, participants will enjoy a guided meditation in two steps:

  • Focus on the breath and bodily sensations
  • Emotional and mental check-in

As a certified Meditation and Mindfulness teacher, I teach professionals how to check-in with themselves in order to regulate their nervous system and take care of their well-being.

This workshop is available in-person or online.

About the Host

I am a workshop facilitator with 8 years of experience working with organisations, companies, universities and collectives. In my work, I aim at improving cohesion, mental health, well-being, relationship development and collective growth. My goal is to support professionals in developing their self-awareness, integrity, authenticity, and relational skills. My unique approach is guided by the knowledge acquired during my Master's Degree in philosophy and ethics, my knowledge of personal development and emotional awareness, and of mindfulness techniques. My facilitation style is warm, attentive and empathetic, creating a safe space for professionals to learn and grow.
I am the co-founder of the Conflict Alchemy Project, a consulting service whose training and workshops provide spaces and techniques for managing conflict.
I offer my workshops in both in-person and online format.
