About the Host

I help organizations to truly stand out by collaborating sustainably — becoming a magnet for customers, employees, and other partners.

I draw on all my personal experiences in business to reveal organizational patterns and human behavior. I’m a conversation partner for entrepreneurs, managers, and employees alike. My calm presence creates trust, and my analytical ability allows me to make meaningful connections.

I *de-velop* (literally: “unfold”) to get to the core of what drives people — or holds them back — from doing what brings energy and results. Through training, coaching, or simply “a cup of coffee,” I help turn those insights into real personal growth and development. I use humor as a way to stay sharp on content. My personal experiences and real-life examples make things simple and immediately applicable.

Alongside formal education in this field, I primarily draw on my own experiences as, a business leader, partner and father. I firmly believe that companies and organizations exist for people, not the other way around. People are the very reason organizations exist, not just a means of production.
