Workshop

Description

A challenging yet safe workshop designed to help teams surface unspoken norms, hidden tensions, and ingrained habits around conflict. Using theatre-based activities, participants explore their personal and collective responses to tension; uncovering default roles, triggers, and strategies. Together, the group experiments with new ways of addressing conflict, rethinking role assignments, and reshaping power dynamics.

Benefits

This session enables teams to move beyond avoidance or escalation and into more constructive, empathetic approaches to conflict. Participants gain awareness of how they and their teams typically react in moments of tension, and practice healthier alternatives that prioritize respect and clarity. By re-evaluating role assignment habits and shifting unhelpful power dynamics, teams build the confidence to navigate conflict as a tool for growth, innovation, and stronger collaboration.

About the Host

I am a theatre facilitator with over a decade of experience designing and leading workshops for diverse groups across India, Singapore, and London. Now based in Stockholm, I work with corporate teams and leaders to strengthen collaboration, communication, and creativity in the workplace. Using theatre-based methods such as role play, improvisation, image theatre, and forum theatre, I create interactive spaces where teams can rehearse new ways of working together. My workshops focus on building trust, shared autonomy, and mutual respect; helping participants to reduce stress and burnout while enhancing performance and job satisfaction.
