About the Host
Rachel helps companies build more vibrant workplaces through program design, coaching, training, and employee listening. She specializes in reimagining the employee experience using strategic communications, community-building, and human-centered design workshops. She has led change initiatives with over 25 organizations across healthcare, biotech, entertainment, medical technology, and non-profits.Rachel is certified by the LUMA Institute in human-centered design practices. She is also a PROSCI-certified change management practitioner. She brings emotional intelligence, empathy, nonviolent communication and a background in the performing arts to her work.
