About the Host

I worked as a Management Consultant with companies in diverse industries for example LuxSpace, BIS, Oracle, Siemens and Etisalat. I'm the Founder of The Corporateatro©, Coaching Executives through art based interventions. Expressive Art Director, Psychodramatist, Enthusiastic Nerd, a Backpack traveller and a Public speaker… the most appropriate title depends on the time of the day! Reflecting on my 2 decades career with either corporate or in higher education show that my strength lies in the balance of practical down to earth, and theory validating approach to HR, Leadership; International Organizational culture which repeatedly aided learning and promotions of 80% of my participants within several months. After working with diverse industries, across the Middle East & Asia.. I became obsessed with understanding Organizational Behaviour which currently informed my research interests about Role Theory, Visual methods, Improvisation in Organizations, Gender and Organizational Justice theory. Looking forward for our cooperation :)

Travel Locations

I am a resident in Paris so it's easy to conduct sessions in Paris and also other European Countries. I am open to travelling to other countries if needed and if my schedule permits.

Certifications & Credentials

All certifications are available depending on the type of intervention. For Development, I have a doctorate in Business (Toulouse Business School) and I am a certified Trainer (Cambridge University) and Assessor(SHL).. For wellbeing, I have a diploma in Sociodrama (International Association of Group Psychotherapy).

Usually a good space for particpants to move freely, together with the classical flip chart and projector.. setting is similar to a roman theater..
