This immersive workshop blends emotional awareness, creative expression, and mindful leadership into a single, transformative corporate experience. About the Host

I am a mental health advocate and creative facilitator with a strong passion for helping individuals and teams connect with their emotions, cultivate self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of interacting with themselves and others. Through years of experience in mental health advocacy, I have guided people in reflective exercises, emotional literacy, and self-expression, creating safe and supportive spaces where they feel heard, understood, and empowered. My work combines psychological insight with creative expression, using tools such as reflective writing, storytelling, and painting to help participants explore and articulate their inner experiences. I believe that creativity is not only a form of personal expression but also a bridge to deeper understanding, resilience, and connection within teams and communities. In addition to my work in mental health, I have experience designing and leading interactive workshops and sessions that focus on emotional regulation, empathy, mindful leadership, and team cohesion. I am skilled at adapting content to suit different audiences, from corporate teams and leadership groups to smaller creative communities, ensuring that each session is engaging, practical, and meaningful. I am particularly interested in blending wellness, culture, and creativity to foster holistic growth. By combining reflective practices, artistic expression, and structured facilitation, I aim to support participants in building self-awareness, strengthening resilience, and cultivating mindful connections .. both individually and collectively.
