Description
Creative Group Processes is a structured creative group experience designed as a vitality pause for professional and organizational contexts. The session is inspired by art therapy principles and adapted to a non-clinical, corporate-friendly format.
Participants are guided through a clearly structured creative process, focused on presence, engagement, and collaboration. The experience does not require any artistic background and emphasizes the creative process rather than aesthetic results.
The session unfolds in three main phases:
-
Arrival and grounding, supporting transition from the work rhythm into the experience
-
Guided creative group process, encouraging participation, expression, and collaboration within a safe and supportive framework
-
Integration and closing, with optional reflection connecting the experience to the workplace context (e.g. teamwork, communication, well-being)
The creative resources and materials (visual, tactile, symbolic, or other media) are defined according to the client’s objectives, group profile, and available resources, ensuring each session is tailored rather than standardized.
This experience is designed to fit seamlessly into corporate events, team sessions, and curated vitality afternoons.

About the Host
I am a creative facilitator and art psychotherapist, with several years of experience leading individual and group processes, both in person and online, in Portugal and Brazil. My work sits at the intersection of creativity, well-being, mindful pause, and human experience, with an accessible and inclusive approach.
My practice is informed by Jungian psychology, particularly its emphasis on symbolism, imagination, and meaning-making, which I translate into non-clinical creative experiences suitable for professional and organizational contexts. I am currently in the second year of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Universidade Europeia, deepening my understanding of group dynamics and well-being in workplace settings.
I have solid experience facilitating diverse and intergenerational groups, including adults, seniors, and educational contexts, which allows me to adapt language, pace, and methodology to different audiences. I create safe, well-held, and participatory spaces where people can reconnect with creativity, presence, and collaboration.
My professional background also includes project management and international corporate environments, providing a practical understanding of organizational needs, timing, and team dynamics. I bring reliability, sensitivity, structure, and a strong human-centred focus to all my facilitation work.
