As a certified Innovation Games® facilitator, I guide participants through one of the signature games — a fast-paced, interactive method that taps into collective intelligence. After a short introduction, attendees are supported step by step in generating and refining unique ideas together. The process is fun, energising, and collaborative, sparking creativity while strengthening team dynamics. We end with a short reflection to capture key insights.

Lucy Airs is a leadership coach, lecturer and researcher whose eclectic approach blends creative tools such as Appreciative Inquiry, LEGO® Serious Play, innovation games, strengths-based methods and equine leadership.
