Description
Creative Reset is a guided group experience designed to support relaxation, self-regulation, and mental clarity through structured creative processes.
Participants are gently guided through:
-
A short grounding and breathing exercise to help settle attention and support nervous system regulation
-
An introduction to creativity as a practical tool for self-regulation, reflection, and wellbeing
-
Step-by-step art-making using drawing and collage, with clear prompts focused on colour, texture, shape, and intuitive choice
-
Quiet, self-directed creative time that offers space for introspection and internal reflection, without pressure to talk or perform
-
Reflective prompts that support participants to notice insights, shifts in mood, or perspective
- Resonance through sharing of experience of the creative process, fostering connection and universality
No artistic experience is required. The focus is on process, presence, and personal experience rather than artistic outcome.
A calm, reflective alternative to traditional wellbeing sessions — combining creativity, presence, and practical self-regulation tools in an accessible and engaging format.

About the Host
I am an empathic and dedicated practitioner with a deep commitment to supporting individuals in accessing their inner creativity, self-expression, and personal growth. With a background spanning art therapy, counselling, and expressive arts facilitation, I bring a holistic and trauma-informed approach to every experience I create. I believe in the transformative power of creative engagement, not just as a tool for expression, but as a pathway for reflection, insight, and connection.
My approach is grounded in person-centred principles, holding space for participants to explore at their own pace while feeling safe, seen, and supported. I am guided by the philosophy that everyone has the capacity for healing, growth, and self-discovery, and that creative processes can facilitate these journeys in profound and unexpected ways.
I value authenticity, integrity, and intentionality in my work. I am attentive to the nuances of individual and group experiences, integrating sensitivity, observation, and flexibility into my facilitation style. My practice is informed by an understanding of neurobiology, trauma, and the ways movement, sensory experience, and creative exploration intersect to support mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Curiosity, reflection, and the joy of creative discovery are at the heart of my practice. I am passionate about fostering environments where people feel empowered to reconnect with their own inner wisdom, explore new perspectives, and engage fully with their creative potential. Through my facilitation, I aim to inspire confidence, nurture resilience, and invite participants to experience the depth, richness, and freedom that comes from authentic self-expression.
I approach my work with warmth, attentiveness, and a commitment to creating meaningful experiences that support transformation and connection—both with oneself and within an organisation or community.
