About the Host
I am a licensed therapist based in California with a background in both creative and mindfulness-based approaches to emotional wellbeing. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that every person has the capacity to grow and heal when given space to explore their inner world. Over the years, I’ve facilitated groups and individual sessions that integrate art-making, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices to support people in connecting more deeply with themselves. I bring warmth, presence, and creativity to my work, creating environments where participants feel safe to express themselves authentically and explore what it means to live with greater ease and purpose. I’m deeply interested in the intersection between creativity, emotional awareness, and personal transformation. My professional journey has been shaped by both my clinical experience and my own mindfulness and art practice — which continually remind me of the power of slowing down, expressing freely, and listening inward.
Travel Locations
I’m inspired by cross-cultural experiences and would be happy to travel for projects in Toronto, California, London, and the UAE — as well as other destinations that value creativity, mindfulness, and wellbeing.
