Description

Enjoy a session filled with imagination, creativity, and self-discovery! Participants will engage in a restorative blend of mindfulness, writing, and art. Intuitive collage, also called SoulCollage®, is a powerful process where participants are gently directed through the playful creation and interpretation of collaged cards. Using a wide selection of images, plus imagination and intuition, they explore their inner world in creative and often surprising ways—gaining clarity, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of their own strengths.

We’ll enrich and expand this experience with imaginative reflective writing techniques that support emotional well-being, creative exploration, and everyday problem-solving. This fun, insightful approach to journaling is ultimately about personal expression, self-discovery, and clarification of our goals.

The thoughtful practices in this workshop build resilience, spark innovation, and reduce stress, offering a path to authenticity and elegant additions to participants’ self-care repertoire. Includes a grounding meditation and optional group sharing. A background in art or writing is not required—just curiosity and the willingness to try something new!

Benefits

  • Stress Reduction and Emotional Regulation

  • Improved Creative Problem-Solving
  • Accessible Wellness Tools
  • Safe Space for Self-Expression
