Hosted by Helena Pires

About the Host

Helena is the founder of Dancing Soul, a well-being project dedicated to helping individuals and teams reconnect with themselves and others through dance and expressive movement. With a background of over 25 years of practice in Dance, from social dances, creative dance, and somatic expression, she completed several courses in Dance Movement Therapy (DMT). She offers immersive sessions that use authentic body and emotional expression as a gateway for physical release, emotional healing, and deeper human connection. Her sessions blend authentic expression through dance and movement, allowing participants to step out of cognitive overload into a more present flowing state.

In her classes and workshops Helena guides groups through music & movement journeys that allow participants to release physical and emotional tension, transform their way of relating with themselves and others, and build more connection, sense of belonging and community. Her approach is both grounding and energizing, whether through guided reflection and sensory-led practices. Her sessions are moments of pause and release, leaving a lasting shift in how people move, think, and interact with one another. The outcomes are inspiring: from physical improvement to emotional release, authentic expression, creativity, and more meaningful connections.
