Most of us are fluent in self-criticism. This workshop practices the opposite.
Rooted in a years-long personal project — over 80 love letters written to strangers — this session invites participants to turn that same tenderness toward themselves. Through guided prompts and gentle facilitation, each person writes a love letter to themselves: honest, specific, and entirely their own.
No writing experience needed. No performance required. Just pen, paper, and a little courage.
We close with an optional sharing circle — not to impress, but to witness each other.
What participants leave with: A letter they wrote to themselves that they'll want to keep. And a slightly different relationship with their own voice.

About the Host
I'm a Brazilian-born interdisciplinary artist based in Los Angeles. My practice spans photography, filmmaking and visual arts — centered on questions of visibility, belonging, and how bodies occupy space. My photo series I Am a Piece of Art has been exhibited internationally across Los Angeles, London, Barcelona, Paris, Venice, Korea, and New York. Through my work, I create experiences that invite people to see and embrace themselves — and to find beauty in their true form, especially for those with non-normative bodies. Alongside my art practice, I bring 16+ years of production experience across entertainment, advertising and brand, working with clients including Netflix, YouTube, Sony, and Universal.
