Multicultural Expertise Having worked in multinational companies across multiple countries and cultures (8 countries, 12 cities), I have developed a keen understanding of the dynamics that come with working in diverse, multicultural teams. My coaching is informed by extensive experience in corporate environments, allowing me to help clients succeed, despite being: a foreigner, having an accent, being of gender minority, struggling with work life balance. Education and Professional Background I hold an MBA from IE Business School and a Master’s degree from Aberdeen University providing a solid academic foundation.
