An absorbing and meditative session in which we use simple materials and techniques to create a Dream Catcher - a willow hoop spanned by woven stringwork, decorated with beads and feathers. Sometimes considered a good luck charm! As we work, the team will have the chance to gently explore hopes and dreams in a mood of mellow reflection.

About the Host
I am an experienced creative workshop facilitator whose wellbeing-informed sessions focus on celebrating the connections between people.
My playful group art exercises are ideal for fostering cooperation and mutual respect within teams and expanding creative horizons.
I initiate liberating art and craft activities which combine fun approaches with more meditative work and a deeper sense of how the individual contributes to their group.
All workshop sessions are designed to include an opportunity to reflect on the wider message of the exercise, allowing participants the chance to step back, engage different energies and return refreshed and inspired.
