Workshop
Description
Balance is one of the ultimate goals of your yoga practice and your life. While living a balanced life is essential, it has also been proven that good balance may be a predictor of longevity. In this workshop we will move towards an equanimous state as we practice a blend of strength training, mobility and stability work. Plan to play on your feet, hands and forearms as asanas may include standing balance poses, arm balances and inversions. This practice will also use breath work and meditation to help balance our energy channels for the next adventure ahead.
Benefits
Balance is an equalizer for all ages and all bodies. You will leave this workshop feeling your own state of equilibrium and ready to concur the day ahead.
