This immersive, interactive session blends yoga, conscious breathing, guided meditation, and body awareness techniques to help teams and individuals cultivate presence, coherence, and resilience. Designed for corporate wellbeing events, team-building retreats, or internal offsites.


Session Flow & What Participants Will Experience:

  1. Welcome & Grounding (5–10 min)
    • Brief introduction to the session’s intention.
    • Gentle centering exercise to transition from work-mode to present body-mind awareness.
  2. Conscious Breath Activation
    • Guided breath work for calming and centring.
    • Participants explore diaphragmatic breath, box breathing, and other breath techniques to regulate the nervous system.
  3. Embodied Movement
    • A sequence of accessible yoga flows, suitable for all levels, focusing on body alignment, mobility, and ease.
    • Combined with mindful awareness cues to enhance proprioception.
    • Variations provided to accommodate physical ability differences.• Optional guided partner touch for those comfortable doing so (held sensitively and safely).
  4. Guided Meditation + Integrative Reflection
    • A soothing guided meditation integrating breath, movement experience, and present awareness.
    • Participants are invited to reflect internally or share insights.
  5. Closing Ritual & Practical Takeaways
    • A short conclusion with actionable micro-practices participants can continue in daily life:
    – At-desk breath resets
    – Micro-movement breaks
