Description
Experiential · Somatic · Creative · Guided
This workshop offers a gentle yet profound entry into Dance/Movement Therapy, guiding participants through an embodied journey toward inner clarity, creativity, and emotional grounding.
Through movement, breath, rhythm, and mindful awareness, participants explore the connection between body sensations, emotional states, and personal narratives.
The session is designed to help individuals reconnect with their authentic self, awaken creative flow, and experience movement as a language of inner truth rather than performance.
This workshop is suitable for anyone, regardless of dance experience.
The body becomes the entry point; the movement becomes the metaphor; the experience becomes insight.
