About the Host

Former Global HR Business Partner with 10+ years of experience at Bayer, BlackRock and Amazon, I design and facilitate workshops combining career development, wellbeing and leadership.

I support professionals and teams in navigating transitions, managing stress and improving performance through practical, human-centered and experiential approaches.

Travel Locations

Primarily available for virtual sessions (preferred).

Available for in-person sessions across Europe (France, UK, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Nordics, Italy, Ireland), with travel and accommodation covered by the client.

Other international locations can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Client Requirements

For in-person sessions: a quiet space suitable for group interaction, with chairs arranged to allow discussion and participation. For virtual sessions: a stable internet connection and a platform such as Zoom or Teams, with participants encouraged to join with camera when possible.
