Using guided exercises and reflective discussions, participants identify safe versus unsafe relational dynamics and learn strategies to maintain trust and psychological safety in both professional and social settings.

About the Host
Dr. Crystal Clarke is a social psychologist, organizational development consultant, and founder of The Higher Ground Project, a social impact initiative that helps people build deeper, more meaningful connections with themselves, others, and their communities. From organizational culture interventions to immersive workshops and retreats, Dr. Clarke designs experiences rooted in personal growth, relational dignity, and community wellness.
