Workshop
Description
This workshop introduces somatic tapping practices designed to support balance within the mind–body system and deepen embodied awareness. Through guided application, participants learn simple yet powerful techniques that can help regulate stress, increase clarity, and strengthen alignment between internal experience and outward communication.
We explore these methods alongside creative process as a way to safely engage and express emotion — honoring emotion as energy in motion. Rather than managing or suppressing emotional states, participants are invited to cultivate a more conscious and compassionate relationship with the full spectrum of human experience.
Using accessible, process-based art materials, participants create work that reflects their humanity. The creative process serves as a bridge — bringing subtle awareness from energy practice into tangible form. Each participant leaves with a personal piece that can act as an ongoing reminder of connection to self and intentional collaboration.
This workshop offers practical tools for emotional awareness and embodied communication, supporting both individual well-being and healthier team dynamics.
