Energy Shift Day is a 2-hour experiential session designed to help teams shift from mental overload to grounded clarity.
It’s an interactive journey that combines guided presence, energy awareness and practical integration, helping people work with more focus, calm and authenticity.
The session blends individual reflection, group interaction and simple embodied practices to create a real and immediate shift in the room.
Participants reconnect with their natural rhythm, release accumulated tension, and leave with one concrete action to sustain their energy throughout the week.
What happens during the experience

Arrival & Atmosphere Setting: a grounded opening to slow down and arrive fully.

About the Host
I am an ICF Certified Personal Performance Coach, specialized in Positive Psychology, Trauma Informed Coach, NLP, Narrative Coaching, Creative Visualization and Corporate Wellbeing. I offer 1:1 coaching and group coaching. I regularly run online webinars about personal development. I am a certified Meditation teacher, I record my own audio guided visualization. My unique approach is base on six pillars: mindset, energy, narrative, intuition, vision and identity. My facilitation style is warm, attuned, and spacious. I create environments where people feel safe to pause, breathe, reflect, and experience themselves in new ways, without pressure or performance, just authentic presence. Italian by origin and based in the UK, I facilitate in both Italian and English. What inspires my work is offering experiences that feel grounding, nurturing, and quietly transformative: small moments that spark clarity, connection, and renewed vitality.
