Description
The first step is to have a wide angle view of how the Enneagram works, how different types function and what happens to these types under stress.
I would highly recommend and if there is budget for it, for the team to do their individual reports as this allows for a team report to be generated as a result of this, we can look at the specific team challenges, blind spots as well as strengths.
The Enneagram is a rich and practical study of personal growth based on ancient teachings of mysterious origins. Today, this body of knowledge has a modern overlay of psychological typing rooted in these ancient teachings. The Enneagram represents the ARCHITECTURE of the human personality with modern applications in business, coaching, teamwork, leadership development, personal development, and psychotherapy.
Part of this healing conversation session includes:
• Enneagram exploration and card process to start learning more about how you function in the world. If a report is done, this could be an exploration session around learning more about core motivations and personality types as a whole
Benefits
Team building, coaching tools, managing self more effectively, self development and raising self awareness
Additional Experience Info
All these processes can we weaved into a retreat and full day workshop

About the Host
Jean Rodrigues is a certified coach and facilitator who specialises in supporting individuals to reconnect with their whole selves — mind, body, and emotions — to create sustainable change, resilience, and fulfilment in both life and work. With a background spanning coaching, somatic practice, psychology, and creative industries, Jean brings a warm, inclusive, and deeply grounded presence to her work. Her approach blends emotional intelligence, stress and executive function support, and powerful tools for rewiring limiting narratives and patterns. She works with both individuals and teams across corporate, educational, non-profit and recovery sectors. Whether coaching leaders navigating burnout, neurodivergent adults seeking balance, or young professionals finding their voice, Jean meets each client with compassion, curiosity, and clarity — helping them return to their inner compass and live more aligned, meaningful lives. She is also a qualified coach supervisor and offers reflective spaces for fellow coaches to grow their practice with integrity, presence and professional resilience. Alongside this, Jean is a Satyananda yoga teacher with over 16 years experience. Jean offers Satyananda yoga sessions, fire ceremonies and cacao ceremonies. She curates and guides wellness retreats with the foundation of mental health, self-development, the science of yoga and the Enneagram. “Lasting transformation happens when we come back to the body — when we learn to feel, to breathe, to pause. Coaching for me is a space where we remember how to lead ourselves, not just manage life.”
