Description
Description:
A thoughtfully facilitated panel and dialogue experience designed to elevate conversation beyond opinion-sharing into collective insight, mutual understanding, and embodied presence. This format positions the facilitator as a neutral yet intentional guide, creating psychological safety while drawing out depth, nuance, and lived experience from both panelists and participants.
These sessions are ideal for Culture Vitale events seeking to activate thought leadership, build community, and offer participants an experience—not just content. Panels are framed as living conversations rather than passive listening, blending intellectual inquiry with grounding practices that help participants truly absorb and integrate what they hear.
Core Activities & Session Flow:
-
Opening Grounding Practice (5–10 mins):
Guided breathing or light group meditation to settle attention, regulate the nervous system, and create a shared sense of presence before dialogue begins. -
Context-Setting & Intention Framing:
The facilitator frames the session’s theme (e.g., leadership under pressure, navigating uncertainty, future of work, founder wellbeing) and establishes conversational agreements for respectful, generative dialogue. -
Facilitated Panel Dialogue:
Carefully guided discussion with panelists, drawing out real-world experiences, tensions, failures, and insights rather than rehearsed narratives. Emphasis on how leaders think and feel, not just what they do. -
Interactive Audience Engagement:
Live questions, reflective prompts, and small moments of paired or group reflection to ensure participants are active contributors, not spectators. -
Integration & Reflection Close:
Short reflective pause, breathwork, or guided journaling prompt to help participants integrate insights personally and collectively.

Additional Experience Info
This is an offering to support Culture Vitale as a platform and thought leader. I have facilitated and lead panel discussions on the topic of corporate health (mental health and wellbeing) at Tech Bbq for example, including intro breath and meditation. I could not upload pictures but can send if you want:)
