About the Host

I am a psychologist and coaching practitioner (with ICF accredited training), training facilitator specializing in individual and group development. Through 1:1 sessions and collaborations with multicultural companies – particularly within the video games industry – I support wellbeing, career growth, and life transitions. I also aim build bridges across cultural differences, helping teams embrace diversity and collaborate more effectively. My approach integrates mindfulness and creativity to help people gain clarity, explore possibilities, reduce stress and move forward with confidence. In addition to coaching, I facilitate workshops that are dynamic and interactive. I offer creative brainstorming sessions for HR teams rooted in Design Thinking methodology. I create safe and engaging spaces where participants feel encouraged to share, reflect, and experiment with new perspectives. Beyond my professional work, I organize walks for mental health in Barcelona and lead a Polish self-development group in the city. These initiatives reflect my passion for community, creativity, and making personal growth both accessible and meaningful.
