About the Host

Hello! I’m Sofia : a lifestyle and nutrition coach, content creator, and speaker based in Paris. My journey began with a simple desire : to help women (and teams!) reconnect with their energy, habits, and mindset for a life that feels good, inside and out. Whether it’s learning how to nourish themselves properly, saving energy at work, getting more organized at home, or breaking free from limiting beliefs together, we build a feel-good lifestyle rooted in balance, joy, and sustainable wellbeing. Over the past two years, through my coaching program La Méthode Simple, I’ve guided over 300 women through lasting transformations. My method combines a warm, empowering, and science-informed approach to food, wellbeing, and self-discipline. I’ve also built a strong and loyal community of women who trust me for my honest and caring guidance, where weight loss and health are never about restriction, but about deep, long-term transformation from the inside out. ➡️ What makes my experiences stand out? They blend clarity, gentle structure, and uplifting energy, empowering participants to implement sustainable, feel-good habits in their everyday lives : at work, at home, and beyond. From workplace wellbeing to nutrition, mental load, and mindful routines, I offer a fresh and accessible take on health : one that’s deeply human, instantly actionable, and genuinely motivating. I speak four languages (including fluent French and English) and would love to bring value to teams both here in France and internationally.

Client Requirements

Quiet and bright room, minimum 20 sqm for in-person workshops, chairs arranged in a circle or U-shape, Projector or screen (for visual materials), access to a power outlet, water available for participants (optional, if possible), small tables for note-taking or tasting
