Description

Finding Flow is a gently guided group experience that invites participants into a slower, more attentive way of being. Rooted in the principles of SourcePoint Therapy — a form of energy medicine that emphasizes returning to foundational balance — this workshop weaves together meditation, creative expression, and reflection to support grounding and nervous system regulation.

Using a handcrafted tea blend and tea bags as simple printmaking tools, participants engage with the element of water as both material and metaphor. Through this tactile, intuitive process, themes of flow, resistance, and adaptability naturally emerge. The creative practice becomes an accessible doorway into embodied awareness — offering space to notice patterns, soften effort, and reconnect with curiosity.

The session unfolds at an intentional pace, allowing insight to arise rather than be forced. Participants experience slowness not as inefficiency, but as a strategic resource — one that supports clarity, resilience, and sustainable creativity in fast-moving environments.

Rather than offering productivity techniques, this workshop provides a lived experience of regulation and flow — qualities that strengthen both individual well-being and collective innovation.
