Focused Presence is a guided mindfulness session designed to help teams cultivate clarity, focus, and emotional balance in a professional setting. The session can be tailored to address a chosen topic relevant to your group, such as stress management, enhancing collaboration, improving focus, or fostering resilience.

Participants are gently guided through a series of mindfulness exercises, including breath awareness, body scanning, and focused attention techniques. The session encourages individuals to notice patterns of thought, release tension, and strengthen their capacity for presence and calm.

Led by Aiste Li, sound therapist, psychologist, and coach, the session integrates practical tools from psychology and coaching to ensure tangible benefits for both individual well-being and team dynamics. Aiste creates a supportive, professional, and structured environment, making mindfulness accessible to all, regardless of prior experience.

About the Host

Aiste Li is a sound therapist, psychologist, and coach with over a decade of experience creating transformative spaces for individuals and groups. Over the past 10 years, Aiste has facilitated more than 3,500 sound events — from intimate one-on-one sessions to large group gatherings of over 100 participants.

She is skilled at weaving psychology, sound, art therapy, meditation, breathwork and holistic practices into deeply touching experiences that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner alignment. Her work is grounded, intuitive, and trauma-aware, with a strong emphasis on safety and presence.

In addition to sound therapy, Aiste works with the Points of You® social coaching game, supporting insight, reflection, and meaningful dialogue. She also facilitates Conscious Dance sessions, based on balancing the elements, inviting participants to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and natural rhythms through movement.

Aiste is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and embrace their authentic potential.
