Description

From Nerves to Presence is a guided, experiential session based on an original Four Dimensions of Confidence framework, which explores confidence as the alignment of thinking, behaviour, knowledge, and emotional state.

Rather than treating confidence as a personality trait or mindset alone, the session invites participants to explore how confidence is built through small, practical shifts across these four dimensions. Participants are guided through a sequence of short exercises that help them notice where confidence already exists, where it wobbles, and how it can be supported in a realistic, sustainable way.

The session includes:

  • A clear introduction to the Four Dimensions of Confidence

  • Guided reflection to identify personal confidence patterns across the four dimensions

  • Simple grounding and attention exercises to regulate nerves and access presence

  • Practical behavioural cues that influence how confidence is felt and perceived

  • A structured activity where participants create a personalised confidence checklist they can use before meetings, presentations, or challenging conversations

The session is calm, inclusive, and designed for mixed corporate groups. There is no pressure to perform, speak publicly, or share personal information. The emphasis is on awareness, choice, and self-regulation, allowing participants to work with their own experience of confidence in a way that feels safe and practical.

Benefits

Participants will:

  • Gain a clear, practical understanding of confidence through the Four Dimensions framework

  • Increase self-awareness around what supports or undermines their confidence

  • Learn simple techniques to work with nerves and stress in real time

  • Feel more grounded and present in moments of pressure or visibility

  • Strengthen emotional resilience by approaching confidence as a system, not a trait

  • Leave with a personalised confidence checklist they can reuse in real situations

  • Improve engagement and psychological safety within teams through shared reflection

About the Host

Amit is a communication strategist, public speaking coach, and facilitator working with international professionals and teams in settings where ideas, stories, and human presence matter.

He designs experiences that support thoughtful expression, meaningful storytelling, and confident speaking — without turning communication into performance.

Amit works across workshops, coaching, and speaker development for international events, and has collaborated with organisations including TED, Microsoft, Deloitte, Capgemini, Johnson & Johnson, and Rolls-Royce. Across these contexts, his approach remains consistent: practical, experiential, and reflective, with space to experiment, observe, and refine.

He is particularly attentive to creating safe, inclusive environments that invite participation and curiosity, and that allow people to speak with greater ease — whether in front of a room, in a meeting, or in conversation with others.
