Workshop
Description
A corporate-friendly session about resilience and self-leadership that reframes the role of difficult experiences. Instead of using past challenges as an excuse to stay stuck, participants learn how to relate to them as information: a source of insight, strength, and conscious choice.
This is not therapy and does not require personal sharing. The focus stays on practical, present-day skills: recognizing unhelpful patterns, separating facts from interpretations, and choosing responses that support growth. Participants learn how to build a healthier internal narrative, reduce self-sabotage, and create forward movement—without denying what happened or forcing “toxic positivity.”
The session supports teams by strengthening emotional maturity, responsibility, and resilience—helping people show up with more stability, clarity, and constructive communication.

About the Host
As a certified Life & Relationship Coach, psychologist (BSc), and adult learning specialist, I believe we all have the power to consciously shape our lives and relationships. I support individuals, couples, and professionals in creating meaningful change by reconnecting with inner clarity, values, and purpose. My approach blends evidence-based psychological insight with an ontological coaching approach—grounded, structured, and deeply human. My work is action-oriented: we clarify what truly matters (values, needs, boundaries), identify the patterns that keep us stuck, and build new ways of thinking, communicating, and choosing—so change becomes real in everyday life, not just insight. I help clients shift perspective and translate insight into action through practical exercises, conscious communication, and step-by-step implementation. Common themes I support include self-confidence, boundaries, dating and intimacy, relationship communication, self-leadership, and life-management. My style is warm and direct: compassionate support paired with clear steps, reflection, and accountability. In addition to coaching, I design and deliver training programs that develop emotional intelligence, leadership skills, healthier team dynamics, and growth mindset in workplace settings. Build the life you love — love the life you build.
