Description

A spacious, immersive adventure into your inner landscape.

The Life Adventure Kit is a creative and intuitive framework that helps you explore the inner tools you carry with you as you move through work, leadership, and life.

Just as you’d pack essential items for a real-world adventure—a map, compass, nourishment, hydration—we all have inner equivalents that support direction, alignment, clarity, and resilience.

These tools might represent your guiding values (Inner Kompass), your long-term direction (Adventure Map), what keeps you aligned (North Star), or what energizes and sustains you (Nourishment + Hydration).

In this extended 120-minute session, participants explore two or more of these Life Adventure Tools, building a fuller, personalized “Life Adventure Kit.”

Jaime guides you through an introduction and grounding practice to help everyone settle into a centered, imaginative space. From there, you'll be guided through visualizations for each life adventure tool, followed by a blend of journaling, simple drawing, sharing, and gently facilitated discussion (customized to client).

The experience brings new insight to what matters most—your priorities, direction, pace, and the inner tools that support your next steps.

It’s playful, meaningful, and deeply grounding for teams and individuals alike.
