Workshop
Description
Language shapes culture — and the way we communicate can either reinforce barriers or open doors to equity and inclusion. This interactive workshop helps participants recognise the subtle ways gender bias appears in everyday communication, from meetings and emails to leadership messaging. Through real-world examples and practical exercises, we’ll explore how to communicate in ways that are inclusive, empowering, and impactful.
Benefits
Participants will leave with greater awareness, practical strategies, and the confidence to foster a workplace culture where everyone’s voice is valued.
