Description

Qi Gong consists of gentle, flowing movements that connect breath, body, and mind. Through slow and mindful exercises, we work with breathing, relaxation, and harmony in movement. Everyone can join — and even though the pace is calm, you might still break a sweat. (Qi Gong only available with at least 1 other session on the address).

Benefits

Participants are guided through all movements. We stand (or sit on a chair), no equipment is necessary. The session makes you grounded and relaxed. After the session you are ready to engage in more creative activities with your team.
