About the Host

With around a decade of experience working with group dynamics, experiential and somatic learning, I support groups and individuals to explore their connection to self as well as to others. Using experiential learning and body-based techniques, I help my clients develop and grow in ways that last. As an assertive and clear facilitator, I create spaces where participants feel held and safe to learn and grow beyond their comfort zone. My practice has grown out of a social movement tradition, but is equally relevant in corporate and organizational contexts, and its origins brings a flavor of agency and empowerment to my work.
