Guided Meditation & Sound Bath — Nervous System Reset

This experience is designed as a full-body exhale—a space to step out of the pace and pressure of daily life and into a slower, more restorative rhythm. You’ll be guided into stillness through mindfulness-based meditation and immersed in a curated soundscape to help the mind quiet and the body soften.

The Process We begin by settling into a comfortable, supported position, allowing the nervous system to start unwinding. A gentle, voice-led meditation follows, guiding your attention inward and facilitating the release of physical tension and mental noise. From here, the practice deepens into a state of silent, somatic rest. There is nothing you need to do—simply allow the body to be supported.

As the physical body softens, the session opens into a full immersion sound bath. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes create a layered acoustic environment that works intuitively—inviting deeper restorative states, creating space in the mind, and providing a sense of calm clarity. The session closes gently, with time to reawaken and integrate before returning to the day.

This is a practice of rest rather than effort. Most participants experience a deep, uninterrupted state of relaxation that bypasses the "analytical" mind to reach the physical nervous system.

Who is this for? No prior experience is needed. The session is specifically designed for high-capacity professionals looking to reduce physiological stress, clear cognitive fatigue, and reconnect with a grounded, neutral state.

About the Host

I’m a London-based practitioner and founder of Reunion Wellness Studio, offering guided Reiki meditation, sound healing, and holistic coaching designed to support nervous system reset and mental clarity.

I’m a Reiki Master Teacher (Usui/Holy Fire® and Karuna Reiki®), executive coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and sound healer. My sessions combine guided meditation, energy work, and sound—using crystal bowls, gong, and chimes—to help the body shift into deep rest and restore balance.

Before this work, I was a corporate attorney and held senior talent leadership roles at Amazon. I understand firsthand the pressure and cognitive load many clients are navigating, and I bring a grounded, practical approach to supporting them.

My work is accessible, evidence-aware, and results-oriented—supporting better sleep, reduced stress, and clearer thinking.

Through Culture Vitale, I would offer immersive guided Reiki meditation and sound bath experiences to help people reset, recharge, and return to their rhythm.

Certifications & Credentials

I am fully insured. I am member of the UK Reiki Federation as a Reiki Master Teacher. I was trained in sound healing at Self Love Lab in London. I am a 200 hour certified yoga and meditation teacher (50 hour meditation). I graduated from Henley Business School's Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching. I am a trained attorney and attended Stanford University (BA) and Boston College Law School (Juris Doctorate). I am also a certified ADHD coach.
