Bring your team together for a joyful, high-energy session that blends play, creativity, and connection to celebrate the year’s end. In this hands-on “holiday hackathon,” teams are challenged to invent, build, or perform something festive using simple materials, recycled objects, and imagination.
From crafting symbolic “awards” for the team’s highlights of the year to playful creative challenges, the atmosphere is lively, spontaneous, and full of laughter. The session ends with a short reflection to appreciate the year’s journey and the creative power of collaboration.

About the Host
I’m a creative consultant and coach helping organizations strengthen belonging, wellbeing, and performance through cultural and creative development. With a background in DEI, social sciences, and entrepreneurship, I design programs that inspire self-awareness, collaboration, and sustainable work cultures. My approach combines creative methods with evidence-based insights to help people and teams unlock their potential and bring more meaning and humanity into the workplace.
Travel Locations
I am based in Helsinki, Finland, and available to travel for workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements across Europe and globally.
Travel costs are estimated by region to cover time, flights, and local transport.
Travel fees (added to service price):
• Greater Helsinki area: included (no extra charge)
• Elsewhere in Finland (e.g., Lapland, Oulu, Kuopio): +€250
• Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland): +€300-400
• Europe (EU/UK/Switzerland): +€400-500
• Middle East / North Africa: +€700
• North America: +€900
• Asia: +€1,000
• Africa / South America / Oceania: +€1,200
Accommodation:
If an overnight stay is required, accommodation costs (typically 1–2 nights in a mid-range hotel) are billed at cost in addition to the above travel fee.
Some services can also be delivered online without additional cost.
