Along with her husband Amr, both conduct sound healing sessions along with a reflective integration talk where attendees can discuss the emotions that rose up during the session as well as a guide on how to build on the momentum of these healing practices.

A 42 year old Egyptian reflection coach and music composer, I have spent the bigger part of my career in creative advertising, helping brands and individuals harness their creative and story telling potential. I have studied mental health and emotional wellness, cognitive embodiment, and mental health first aid, along with a long career in creative, and this has helped me devise a unique approach to understanding oneself.
