Description

A fun and challenging experience : hop on stage, let your imagination loose, and build stories together !

From 60 to 120 (or even 180) minutes in groups from 8 to 20 people, master your apprehension and unlock your courage ! Starting with a warm-up to loosen both the body and the mind, followed by fun and interactive exercises, and finally fully improvised thematic short scenes

Improvisation is a a realm of infinite possibilities and freedom, where everyone is equal and can be anything with no consequences. If you struggle talking in public, or being yourself in front of others, or simply if you're looking for a moment of fun and joy, come and join !

Benefits

Mental health and social courage : Improvisation is a wonderful way to develop courage and the ability to stand confidently in front of yourself and others.

Relaxation and fun : improvisation is deeply fun. Wether you're having a bad day, or are under a lot of stress, 2 hours of improv will lighten your day and recharge your batteries !

Team-building : having fun together, showing vulnerability to others, taking risks and accepting to be "ridiculous" together, is a phenomenal way to enhance the cohesion of a group !

Proactivity and autonomy : improvising means searching for and proposing solutions... and it's much harder than corporate work ! Do it here, and it will transcribe in your daily life in no time.

About the Host

Actor, director, and writer, aged 28, I am passionate about people and human complexity. This passion also led me to develop a coaching practice focused on public speaking, human relationships, and conflict management. Having previously studied literature, attended a business school, and held a high-level management position in a large corporation, my approach is both comprehensive and highly personalized. To coach, much like to direct actors, means to listen closely to each individual's uniqueness in order to help them find their own specific path.
