About the Host
Experience yoga instructor, sound healer and meditation facilitator with experience leading sessions for individuals, groups and corporates alike.
With a background in HR management, Learning & Development, and organizational psychology, I’ve worked in high-growth environments and supported teams through leading impactful wellness initiatives such as office yoga and meditation, as well as culture building and life coaching.
After years in fast-paced startups, I chose to integrate my two strengths: people development and wellbeing to build programs that enhance both emotional balance and team wellbeing.

Certificate as Yoga teacher (RYT500); 2 certificates as trained Sound healing practitioner (100Hours); Certificate as Deep transformational coach issued by the Center of transformational coaching.
