Workshop

Description

This workshop equips executives with the mindset of a martial artist: calm under pressure, deeply self-aware, and empathetic in action. Through practical exercises and reflective insights, participants learn to cultivate resilience, sharpen focus, and lead with clarity.
The workshop begins with a brief introduction to martial arts philosophy, followed by a practical component. Psychological and physical Martial Arts Techniques will be practiced, explained and put into the context of leadership. The final part is an open discussion where participants may ask anything they wish, with a focus on learning transfer from self-awareness to sustainable and anxiety-free leadership.

About the Host

A 20+ years expert on Martial Arts with a Master's Degree in Philosophy and a Fitness Diploma. After graduating, I traveled Asian countries to hone my skills, then worked in Martial Arts schools while pursuing a career as an HR Consultant. When I learned how stressed out colleagues and clients were, I decided to become a coach.
