Workshop
Description
Intentional Parenting for Working Parents is a guided, reflective experience designed to support parents in navigating the emotional, mental, and relational demands of parenting alongside professional responsibilities.
The session is structured to create clarity and confidence, not judgement or instruction.
1. Creating Space & Normalising the Experience
Participants are invited into a safe, non-judgemental space where:
-
Common parenting pressures are acknowledged
-
Guilt, self-doubt, and mental overload are named and normalised
-
Parents feel seen as whole people, not problems to be fixed
2. Intentional Parenting Principles (Applied, Not Prescriptive)
Participants are guided through key principles including:
-
From reaction to choice in challenging moments
-
Boundaries without guilt
-
Language that builds trust and cooperation
-
Responsibility versus control
These principles are explored through reflection rather than rules.
3. Integration Between Home and Work
Participants reflect on:
-
How parenting challenges impact emotional regulation at work
-
How parenting strengthens leadership skills such as patience, clarity, and accountability
-
Practical shifts they can apply both at home and in professional settings
The session closes with each participant identifying one intentional shift they can implement immediately.

About the Host
I work with organisations, leaders, and parents to support more intentional ways of thinking, communicating, and leading. My work focuses on how mindset is formed, how patterns become culture, and how everyday interactions (at work and at home) shape trust, responsibility and wellbeing. I design and deliver experiential workshops and webinars that help people move from automatic, reactive behaviour to conscious, values-led choices. I believe that sustainable organisational culture starts with awareness, clarity, and emotional regulation and that supporting parents is an essential part of supporting people at work.
