Description

In today’s organizational environments, communication is often fast, reactive, and outcome-driven—yet many of the most critical challenges leaders face cannot be solved through discussion, debate, and traditional problem-solving alone.

This session introduces participants to the transformative practice of Bohmian Dialogue: a deeply human approach to communication that enables groups to move beyond fragmentation into shared understanding, trust, and collective intelligence.

Rooted in decades of application across leadership and organizational systems, this experience is not a typical workshop. It is a facilitated space where participants learn to shift from transactional conversation to generative Dialogue … where new thinking, insight, and alignment emerges.

Participants will be guided through both the principles and lived experience of Dialogue, including the capacity to:

  • Suspend (hang in front) assumptions and habitual reactions
  • Listen beyond surface-level responses
  • Engage diverse perspectives without defensiveness
  • Hold tension and uncertainty as a source of creativity

As highlighted in the course foundations, Dialogue is not simply an exchange of ideas, it is a practice that transforms how meaning is created within a group.
